Seminoma dx

We have a patient who has a Seminoma dx. Origionally this is a testicular diagnosis, however, in our case the Seminoma is showing in the neck. What diagnosis wouldyou consider using?
 
If you look up seminoma and germinoma, they both guide you to code it to neoplasm, by site, malignant so I would code the tumor to the neck.
