We have a patient who has a Seminoma dx. Origionally this is a testicular diagnosis, however, in our case the Seminoma is showing in the neck. What diagnosis wouldyou consider using?

I read if it is in the Central Nervous system it is a germinoma so I would code a malignant neoplasm of nervous system 192.8.
