Hi - Just wondering if anyone would be able to tell me
if you can code a Sentinel Lymph node bx with a
Modified Radical Mastectomy and which modifier would I use TIA for any help

If you are using CPT code 19307 for the Mastectomy then, no, you cannot bill seperately for the axillary dissection. It is bundled in the code for the mastectomy.
