Can somone help/suggest a dx code for this? :confused:

It was on a discharge summary from an inpatient stay.

For the sepsis, you can code 038.9/995.91 and code the viral diarrhea separately.

If the organism enters in the bloodstream only you can combine it with sepsis. But according to the documentation you can code sepsis as above.
