Wiki septo with sinusotomy

Which would be reported first the septo, 30520 or frontal sinusotomy 31276? The practicum shows 31276, but when i look at the rvu's the septo is the higher value. Help. What am i doing wrong.

I'd sequence the 30520 first as well. Not sure why the practicum lists them that way.

Thanks for the support, I feel I am missing something with the practicum guiding me in a different direction.
