Hi, can you tell me how or what codes would you bill with a Septoplasty, bilateral outfracture, submucous resection of inferior turbinates?

i normally would code the 30520 & 30140 -RT 30140 -LT and not the 30930 due to the verbiage in the CPT book under the CPT 30930.

thank you for any information or maybe some links for more information.

I would bill 30520 and 30140-50 or if payer prefers 30520 30140-RT and 30140 LT but I would not bill the 30930 since it is bundled into the 30140
