Wiki Sequencing CPT codes?

Ok, maybe I missed this somewhere because I skipped the CPC and went right for COC (RN/30years surgical experience), but I keep getting dinged on exams for improper sequencing. I can find all kinds of online ways to calculate the Work RVU but I need to be able to figure it out by hand for the final won't I? This bugs the heck out of me!

I don't recall that the multiple choice options gave different sequencing on the CPTs for the CPC. I don't think any of the allowed resources gives an RVU so you can't be expected to know that. The exception would be that you should know the add on codes would of course come after the primary CPT.

Sequencing on the diagnosis codes will be important, but if the multiple choice options have similar options in different sequence be sure to review the 'code first' or 'code also' notes.
