Good afternoon

If I am billing for a professional service done at the hospital, the service location on this professional claim will be the hospital address.
Will the NPI on this area (Line 32A) be the hospital NPI or the physician's NPI?

Box 32 will be the hospital service location name and address. Box 32a will be the service location NPI, so yes, the hospital NPI is what you should use.
