Wiki Setting Practice Fee Schedules

Is anyone using a formulary to set their practice fee schedules based on the RVU's? And what is the formulary that you are using to do so? Wondering if anyone else sets their fee schedules by the RVU's

I have set fee schedules based on RVU's in the past. You want to make sure that you understand the insurance carriers and how they create their fee schedules so you do not leave any money on the table. Providing a formula would be useless since every area of the country has different insurances and different fee schedules.

Work a formula so that it works with your best paying insurance carrier and then make sure you are at least 10% above that so you never leave money on the table and do not have to change too frequently.
