How do I code three shave biopsies? Two hyperkeratotic horn lesions from the forehead and one on the cheek. All measure 0.3cm. We were r/o squamus cell, but the report was normal. My thought 11310, 11310-59, 11310-59?? Thanks
 
If they were biopsys vs shave excisions I would code 11100 and 11101 x 2 with the appropriate 216.? code to reflect benign neoplasm skin - face.
