Wiki shaving a malignant lesion vs excision

My provider did a shave removal on a malignant lesion (removal did not included a full thickness and it was a transverse incision). I am looking at the code being in the 1300's but it doesn't say if they relate to a benign or malignant lesion. Can you bill this code with a malignant lesion?
