Wiki shaving of lesion

physician shaved two skin lesions on the abdomen. One was 0.4 cm and the other was 0.3 cm. Would it be coded as:

11300 & 11300-51 or would it be coded as 11300 x 2

I am under the impression to use mod 51 for multiples procedures they have to be in different areas of the body not in the same area

I'd use a .59 modifier on the second code. To differentiate the fact that it was a separate procedure (which appears to be same site/same code used).
