Shaving of Skin Lesions

I was looking for CPT codes for a shaving procedure and could not find an explanation in the category of Shaving of Epidermal or Dermal Lesions that determined how to bill multiple lesions removed from the same body area. Example: patient has 2 separate lesions on the right side of her neck, one measuring 0.4cm and the other measuring 0.2cm. The patient also has a 1.1cm lesion on her right shoulder blade area of the trunk.
None of the lesions required suture closure. How would this be billed? Would the lesions on the neck be added together since they are the same body area as 11306 or should it be 11305 x 2? And would the code for trunk lesion 11302 need a modifier?
