does anyone know the G code that I would use for medicare for the shingles vaccine? thanks
 
There is no G code I am aware of.

Shingles would be billed as:
90736
90741

Shingles is only paid by Medicare part D.
If you are billing part B, you need to add modifier GY to 90471 so they know not to pay the administration, then bill the patient .
The patient may be able to submit on their own to part D for reimbursement.
