Wiki Short Leg Cast Removal

Hi All,

I have a provider who removed a short leg cast for a patient. A different provider originally placed the short leg cast. The only code I can find is 29705, but this doesn't seem appropriate to me because the description is for removal of a full arm or full leg cast.

Would anyone be able to assist?

I think the cpt for short leg cast also includes the removal as well.

Thank you both - sorry if I wasn't clear before. I feel we should be able to bill for something, because it is not the same physician (or physician group) who is removing the cast. I am under the impression that in this case, you are able to bill. This is also in an office setting, not inpatient.
