Can anyone tell me how to get medicare to pay for a short leg cast/cpt 29405? Is there a modifier i am supposed to use?
 
If you are billing with an E/M make sure you add a 25 modifier to your E/M code. If the cast application is during a surgical global period then add a 58 modifier to your casting CPT.
