Good Morning!

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Op note states, " shoulder anterior reconstruction due to instability w/ glenoid labral"

The subscapularis was released off its attachment to the greater tuberosity. The capsule was then opened and pulled back. The capsule was very redudant. The examination showed that there was a Hill-Sachs lesion, laxity of the attachment of the capsule and labrum down to the anterior joint and a tear of the glenoid which was flipped down into the joint. This was debrided and then 2 sutures were placed through the edge of the glenoid and used to repair the anterior attachement of the capsule back to the bone using Ethibound suture.

The capsule was the advanced and attached back near the grater tuberosity using Ethibond inferiorly and an anchor suture superiorly. The subscapularis was then reattached using the same 2 sutures to reattach back to the greater tuberosity.

I am leaning toward 23660--- any opinions??

Thanks
