Wiki shoulder help please

Patient had a previous total shoulder replacement and patient was still having pain.
He states she has extravasated cement, and he is going to remove it. He is not
removing the implants, just the extravasated cement. What code would you use ?
I have not had this before. It wouldn't be a loose body. Not removal of implant.
Would it be 23107 for removal of foreign body? Please I need some help on this
one.

Can you post the operative report with patient/physician identifying information removed? It is hard to advise without seeing what they physician actually listed in the body of the operative report.
