Wiki Shoulder Hemiarthroplasty converted to Reverse Total Shoulder

The patient had a hemiarthroplasty over a year ago. He now presents for failed painful hemiarthroplasty. The doctor performed revision of hemiarthroplasty to reverse total shoulder arthroplasty.

I've researched this but haven't found any recent information. Any help is appreciated!
 
There is no conversion code for the shoulder like there is for the hip (27132 conversion of previous hip surgery to THA). If converting to a TSA from a hemi you could do TSA w/ 22 mod as long as the op note supports the 22 (extra work, time intensity due to revision not native joint, etc.). That's the last I knew on how to report it.
