Wiki Shoulder/Knee replacements

Hello all,
Our ASC is thinking about doing Shoulder/Knee replacements.
Not sure if 99218 would be correct for overnight?

Any feedback would be great!

This is the code we have used. I have specified in the units field the amount of hours the patient has stayed, I think that helps in regards to the 23hr 59min rule for ASC's to get it paid.
