Wiki Shoulder surgery

OPERATION: RIGHT SHOULDER HEMIARTHROPLASTY.
BICEPS DEBRIDEMENT.
ROTATOR CUFF REPAIR WITH TUBEROSITY
RECONSTRUCTION.

How to code this?? 23616, 23410, and 23466 all hit CCI edits in various combinations, but I want to capture everything the surgeon did. Does anyone have any suggestions?
