Good morning,

My doctor billed 66180, 66185, 67255. CPT 66185 was denied as bundled to 66180. Is this correct, can someone please explain this to me? I have never coded for opthalmology.

The NCCI edit exists with 66185, due to 66180 is a column 2 code. If both codes (66185 and 66180) are submitted on the same claim, only the 66815 will be paid.
