Can a SI joint injection (27096) be billed with a Laminectomy, re- expl (63042) as seperately payable? This is a neurosurgery question....sorry- there is no forum for me.
 
I dont see an edit preventing the billing of these together, but is a little strange for these to be done at the same time.
