Can you bill 27096,( Injection procedure for sacroiliac joint) with fluoroscopy. The reason is that i see that most Si joint procedure are been rejected by carefirst for reason that it is not an Ambulatory surgery center procedure.
Please help because i need to know how i can appeal those claim.

Yes you can :-)

1/2012 CPT 27096 Injection px for SI jt, anesthetic/steroid, with image guidance (fluoro or CT) including arthrography when performed (for commericals)

G0260 for Medicare

I would check this carrier guidelines and may require G0260 rather 27096.
