Sigmoidoscopy w/snare polypectomy

I have a Colonoscopy that the Dr. used a pediatric C-scope and advanced to the sigmoid colon, the angulation was too tight and changed to another scope to advance further .
was not able to get past the distal descending colon but was able to remove a polyp in the sigmoid colon by hot snare.
How would I code this one ?
