Good morning. Can anyone help me with this? We bill for a physician who will be seeing a hearing impaired patient and will need a sign language interpreter. The physician is asking if we can bill the patient's medical insurance for the interpreter provided. I've done some research and I'm coming up empty.

Can anyone help shed some light on this for us? Would we be able to bill the insurance? Is there a code that exists for such a service?
