Signature requirements 24-48 rule

Good morning,

Does anyone know where I can find documentation on the providers signing their charts within a certain timeframe, It will be very helpful, I know most of our doctors will sign them before they go out we give them 24 hours, but if there is a specific article that I can show them, it would be helpful

Not sure if this helps. I don't believe its actually stated an actual time just reasonable time. Most consider 24-48 hour reasonable.
