Silicone Granuloma/Siliconoma due to leaking breast implants

The patient has breast lumps that are diagnosed as silicone granulomas due to leaking breast implants. However, the implants have long been removed Technically speaking, this is a late effect of the leaking silicone implants.

If the implants were still there, it would code to 996.79.

However, with no implants, how can we say that there is truly a complication of the prosthesis?

I'm inclined to code this as a granuloma. I'd like to hear what others think.

Thanks!
