Simple mastectomy w/sentinel node bx through same incision

My surgical oncologist performed a simple mastectomy (19303) and a sentinel node biopsy through that same mastectomy incision. Can I code the biopsy (38525) separately if no axillary incision was made and this was done through one mastectomy incision?
