Does the use of a sinskey hook automatically put a cataract extraction to cpt 66982? One of my facilities says yes and one says no. Thanks

That's what I thought, so I'm glad someone else agrees with me. I have only been coding the cataracts for a year now, so I'm sure there is still more for me to learn which is why I try to research everything. Thank you so much!
