Wiki sinus contents 88304 or 88305

I am a coder in the the pathology department of a hospital and Im having issues with some of the wording and the work that is involved in "sinus content". I would like to know if anyone know the proper code to use.
If the report says "sinus content debriement" should it be coded a 88304 or 88305?
If the report says "sinus content biopsy" should it be coded 88304 or 88305?
If the report says "sinus content" should it be coded 88304 or 88305 regardless of the amount of work that was involved.

Sinus Contents

I hunted around on the internet. Here is what I found:
88305 - Nasal Mucosa Biopsy
88304 -Nasal Polyps / Sinus Polyps
88305 - Sinus Biopsy
88304 - Sinus Contents (eg, ethmoid, mucosa, turbinate)
88304 - Sinus Cyst
88305 - Sinus Mucosa Stripping

It depends on what procedure was done and what else do the notes say? Kinda looks like you have an opportunity to educate them.

To Mcconkeyt, i would like to thank you for your time and input, and also for the cheat sheet that i found to be very helpful. Also, I found in the 2008 issue of "pathology Lab coding alert issue" that sinus content is an 88305. I would like to thank you again for your help and input which is greatly appreciated.
