Hi All

Don't do a lot of ENT so could someone advise if this looks right?

The procedures done (outpatient surgery at hospital) were a left frontal sinus endoscopy including exploration & removal of a good amount of diseased tissue (I assigned 31276); a total (anterior & posterior) ethmoidectomy (I assigned 31255) and a maxillary sinus antrostomy (I assigned 31256)

Also, do I just use "51`" for the MD billing? (I'm doing both MD & outpt hosp surg facility piece!)

Am I wrong anywhere? Please feel free to tell me I am! :) :)

All the codes you've chosen are good. If the 31255 or 31256 are RT & LT (bilateral) you will want to assign a -50 Modifier (or LT/RT, whichever you prefer). :)
