Wiki sinusitis diagnosis J01.0-J01.9 and additional code for bacteria

Sinusitis diagnosis that are documented as bacterial, but lab tests are not performed. Do I need to add the additional code of B95-B97 to identify the infectious agent if the infectious agent (bacteria) is not known?
