Site to indicate which Modifiers work with which CPT codes

I use Supercoder.com to find out if a CPT code will take -62 - two surgeons; -80 - Assistant Surgeon; -82 - Assistant surgeon when qualified resident is not available. Does anyone know of a website that doctors can use to find out the same information? Such as for 58150 Abdominal Hysterectomy. One site I found "http://www.priorityhealth.com/provider/manual/billing-and-payment/modifiers" just lists the Modifiers, but does not list them associated with specific CPT codes and if those modifiers are allowed.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
