We treated a patient who was enrolled in a SNF with Procrit. They are now requesting money back. Is there a modifier I can use? Or how can we be reimbursed for this procedure?
 
you need to contact the nursing home send the retraction, the invoice and they will reimburse you for what what taken back, you tell them they are under the consolidated billing and keep nagging them and you will get paid
