Wiki Skilled Nursing looking to get reimbursed for COVID Testing

Are skilled nursing facility contracted with an outside lab to preform the COVID testing, however they are billing us and not insurance. Are we able to bill the insurance companies to get reimbursed for residents not in a Part A stay? If so, how do we go about it.
