Skilled Nursing Vs Long Term Care-Can we discharge patient in the same building-different POS?

Hi, we have patients who are in SNF and they are moving to a different section of the building into LTC--it's my understanding that it's a different POS? In that case, can we use discharge codes 99315/99316 when that happens? Thank you!
