Wiki skin graft in ED

Our ED physician did a small skin graft of a degloving injury on a finger, approximately 3 cm total. Would I use the 15135? Seem a little over the top for a small finger wound.

The donor site was from the abdomen. Only local anesthesia was used.

any suggestions would be helpful. :)
