Hi everyone.

I am stumped on this one. My doc relocated the skin pocket to accomodate the need for radiation therapy. He moved the pocket 1 inch inferolaterally. Do I only need to bill the 33223? Any help is much appreciated! :confused:

Yes, assuming this is all he did. You have medical necessity so he had a good reason to perform the relocation.
