CPT 2011 Guidelines:"When services are performed in the office, the supply of the skin substitute/graft should be reported separately."

CPT 2012 Guidelines:"The supply of skin substitute graft(s) should be reported separately in conjunction with 15271-15278."

Question: Do we have to report the supply of the skin graft separately, regardless of the place of service starting January, 1, 2012?

We use Dermagraft and Apligraft in the office and ASC. Q codes for graft is always reported separatelly and paid without problems.
