Need your expertise on Skin Substitute coding.
RT LATERAL ANKLE IRRIGATION & DEBRIDEMENT OF WOUND; TISSUE BIPOSY, AND APPLICATION OF PLACENTA MEMBRANCE GRAFT X2.
IMPLANT STRAVIX CRYOPRESERVED PLACENTA TISSUE 2X4CM
GRAFTIX CORE CRYOPRESERVED PLACENTA MEMBRANE 5X5 CM.

This case coded w/ 15271 15272; and billed w/ Q4133 with revenue code 0278; it is denied, due to either Q4133 is wrong / billed w/ wrong revenue code.

Any advise?
