Wiki skin tag removal by shave or excision scenerios

Just want to double check if I can use the 113** shave codes if a shave removal was done on a skin tag and if I can use the excision codes if a full thickness around the skin tag with margins was removed (path results "inflamed Acrochordon")

Or do I HAVE to use the 11200 codes?
