Wiki Skin Tag Removal ( Shave technique)

I get conflicting info from different Coding sites

Skin Tag was removed by Shave method and sent for pathology- Should it be coded as 11200 or 1130X?

We typically use 11200 for skin tag removal by shave, scissor, cauterize etc. I haven't been able to find anything saying you couldn't use 1130x.

Skin tag removal is always 11200 no matter the method for removal.
