if a SLAP repair is done and the dr inserts the scope into the subacromial space and does a debriment can i bill:

29822-59

I think so considering it is in a different compartment. Am I correct?

I think those codes would be correct. And per Medicare's cci edits, neither code needs a 59 modifier.
