Can someone give me some feedback on how they are billing Sleep Studies in the physicians office. where the physician is leasing the equipment.

I am billing it as global as it is performed in the office and it is read by the physician. I use either the 95810 or a 95811 with no modifier. the date I use is the date the test was done.
