I need a little help in coding the dx "shortness of breath, cough due to exposure to fire smoke". I was thinking V87.19, but I don't feel comfortable with that. Can someone help.

Look at:
508.2 Respiratory conditions due to smoke inhalation (query the prov. to see if this applies)
786.05 Shortness of breath
786.2 Cough
E891.2 Other smoke and fumes from conflagration in other and unspecified building or structure
