Smoking Cessation Code

Could anyone tell me what would be a proper diagnosis to use with the Smoking Cessation E&M Code 99406. If the patient used to be 3 packs and now is down to 1 pack per day would we assume that is still tabacco abuse.

You can use code 305.1 Its description says Tobacco use disorder-tobacco dependence. Hope that helps.
