Smoking during pregnancy/childbirth

Hello, Does any one have any guidelines, thoughts about coding smoking at childbirth, the only mention in the hsp stay notes is "pregnancy complicated by smoking". Is the smoking code used for provider admission/delivery? As complicating pregnancy? Am looking for reputable source of info. Tried ACOG, but not finding what I need. ICD 10 guidlines address prenatal, but not delivery. Thanks
