Saw 2 different posts in regards to my question, both different answers and old posts so was hoping someone can answer this. This is a 6 month regular doc visit. Patient has SND and has a pacemaker. Do we code the SND and/or other cardiac issues or do we assume the pacemaker is doing its job and don't need to code the cardiac diagnosis. Thanks!
