Hi. I am running into a brick wall in my brain and need assistance. This is for an Ortho office. When a patient has a Medicare Advantage policy and they are in a SNF, are we to bill the MCR Adv policy (ie Humana) for xrays done in the office. It has been a very long time since I've billed these and we believe the billing company we hired is not processing these correctly. I know we can bill MCR/SNF but the question is with the MCR Advantage members. Thank you for your help in refreshing my memory. :)
